Rhylee Gerber has been trying her best to put on a brave face while the rest of the crew members corner her. However, in today's episode, the reality star found it hard to stay strong. After the crew finished serving food to the guests and were all set to wrap up the night, everyone decided to sit down for a nice meal.

Ashton Pienaar, Courtney Skippon, Simone Mashile, and Tanner Sterback, were sitting on the table and having their dinner when Rhylee walked in. While Rhylee took a plate for herself, she requested the others to move a little so she could also sit with them. However, she did not get the response that she was expecting. The rest of the members refused to give Rhylee a seat at the table and so she had to sit in a room to have her dinner.

Fans thought that all of them were ganging up against Rhylee and decided to lend their support. Many took to social media to call out the behavior of the crew. "What?! They seriously didn't move over so Rhylee could sit down and eat?! Are you f*cking kidding me? These guys deserve all the shit they're getting right now on social media & more," wrote one user.

Another added, "To @AshtonPienaar I wanna know, if u had a daughter & she was in @rhylee_gerber‘s position, has a mouth on her - yes, but is also being alienated by all the guys, what would u tell her? Stay in that toxic working environment & “just take orders”? Or?" Another echoed similar thoughts and wrote, "Rhylee I’m so upset at how you were treated while trying to sit and eat. Tanners smug attitude. I’m sorry!! now I understand why you got so angry at these."

This is not the first time that Rhylee had to face this kind of behavior from the cast. Previously, Ashton had demanded Caption Lee to fire Rhylee but it looks like his request was not accepted.

'Below Deck' airs on Mondays at 9 pm on Bravo.
