Janelle recently posted a story on her Instagram page, giving fans a health update. MTV's star claims that she has been "missing in action" for a few days. Well, it seems that the reason for being "MIA" for a few days is her not doing well health-wise. Seeing Janelle give updates about her health, fans instantly started theorizing what could have led to her life-threatening fibromyalgia.

Janelle Evans has been 'MIA' because of chest pain
Janelle, 31, posted a story on Instagram on Thursday. She wrote a short note behind the flowery background, "Been MIA for a few days because my breathing isn't so great and random chest pain as usual (making crying emoji)." The TV personality further added, "Literally been resting for 3 days now." Well, that could be the reason why Janelle has not been posting anything on social media these days.
Last year, Janelle was hospitalized for chest pain. Back then, she updated her fans by posting about it on her website. She wrote, "Lately, I’ve been taking time out for myself to focus on my health. As you might have heard, I was hospitalized not too long ago for extreme chest pain. They ruled out heart and lung issues in the ER." It seems that Janelle is going through the same pain once again. As soon as Janelle gave an update about her health, a fan took the screenshot of the story and posted it in the Reddit thread claiming, "We all called it." To this, a fan claimed the reason, "She vapes, right?" The fan further explained, "THC vapes are up to near 100% even with the oil, and I can tell you my lungs get sore more often, and the GERD/reflux I normally have from anxiety doesn't help the chest pain." "This chick needs to back off on the vape, and start using clonidine to get high. Her lungs and heart will thank her," a fan slammed Janelle. Another explained her condition, "Literally. I'm taking a shot every time there's BS excuses lol PS: I'll probably die of alcohol poisoning Literally lol (jk... maybe)." Furthermore, a fan made a joke of Janelle, saying "One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, floor."
