Mark and Kelly have decided to take a break from ‘Live with Kelly and Mark’ and take a well-deserved vacation. However, it might be a little longer than anyone would have anticipated. As of now, ‘Live with Kelly and Mark’ are playing re-runs of old episodes and fans can’t wait to have the couple back.
While on vacation, Mark and Kelly are trying their best to keep their fans updated with little glimpses and photos of one another, but the question looms over everyone, when will everyone’s favorite couple be back on screen? More importantly, in the meantime, will re-runs be a part of ‘Live with Kelly and Mark’ until they’re back? There might be some insight into what’s next for this talk show!
Are Kelly and Mark being replaced?
As of now, the pre-recorded re-runs of Kelly and Ryan Seacrest are being played as the couple takes their summer vacation away from the sets. Seacrest used to co-host with Kelly, after he decided to leave to focus on other shows, and was replaced with Kelly’s husband, Mark. While it was a bittersweet moment for all, Kelly and Mark have proven to be the perfect couple following their co-hosting duties earlier this year. These re-runs include some unseen footage, but it’s safe to say that Seacrest won’t be returning to ‘Live’ permanently, especially after replacing Pat Sajak on 'Wheel of Fortune'.
As per Entertainment Weekly, the summer season of ‘Live with Kelly and Mark’ will include A-list celebrity hosts including Andy Cohen, Maria Menounos, and Anderson Cooper among others. Nevertheless, fans of Kelly and Mark need not worry, because none of this is permanent, and Mark will also be a part of it. On the 4th of July, Kelly will join her husband for a special segment. Soon after that, the favorite couple will be back behind the desk as per regular scheduling.

One would love to see Cohen and Mark together once again, especially after Mark’s recent stint on ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’. Mark sat on the guest couch as Cohen managed to get certain bedroom secrets out of Mark. Mark admitted to being the hornier one between him and Kelly, as well as discussing dirty talk, but only in Spanish. If these two men join forces once again, more secrets are bound to surface.
