Arctic Monkeys ‘Live At The Royal Albert Hall’: Release date, concept, tracklist and all you need to know about rock band's live album

English rock band Arctic Monkeys are all set to release their new live album ‘Live At The Royal Albert Hall’ this week. The album is a recorded version of their 2018 show at London’s Royal Albert Hall.

In a series of tweets, the five-time Grammy-nominated band has announced the album’s release date to be December 4 and also noted that all proceeds of the album sales will go to the charity organization War Child UK.

‘Favourite Worst Nightmare’ hitmaker Arctic Monkeys also tweeted about their London’s Royal Albert Hall show which took place on On June 7, 2018, stating “we played a special show at London’s Royal Albert Hall. All proceeds from that night were donated to @warchilduk in support of the vital work they do protecting, educating & rehabilitating children who have experienced the trauma of conflict and the horror of war.” 

They further stated, “To enable @warchilduk to reduce their funding deficit and continue their valuable work, we are releasing a live album, recorded on that evening. All proceeds will go direct to the charity” and added, “The situation that was bad in 2018 is now desperate and those children and their families need our help more than ever.”



 



 



 

The live album will be available in a bunch of bundle variations which would include double heavyweight vinyl, a clear vinyl option, double CD, photobook, and more. Pre-orders are open now from their site. Here’s everything you need to know about the album.

‘Live At The Royal Albert Hall’ will be released on Friday, December 4.

Concept

The live album will showcase the band’s performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall which took place around the time of their album ‘Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino’ release. Viewers will get to witness the night all over again with this recorded album.
