Apan Music Awards red carpet looks: From Kang Daniel and Wei to A.C.E, here's how K-pop stars made fans swoon

K-pop soloist Kang Daniel won the highest number of awards at Apan and impressed with his style

Apan Music Awards 2020 is finally here after much anticipation and the red carpet looks of the much-coveted award ceremony is making K-pop fans swoon. K-pop soloist Kang Daniel who won the highest number of awards at Apan to ‘True Beauty’ OST ‘Fall For You’ Ha Sung Woon, here are our top red carpet moments from Apan Music Awards hosted by Korea Entertainment Management.

Kang Daniel

Kang Daniel had a banging 2020 as he bagged numerous accolades for his solo K-pop music. He won the highest number of wins in Apan Music Awards including the Best Solo (male) artist both globally and in Korea, Best Performance Award, KT Seezn Star Award, and Apan Top 10 Bonsang. The singer has recently released a single ‘State of Wonder’ teaming up with pop singer-songwriter Anthony Russo and electronic producer Inverness. The K-pop vocalist wore a Black Suit with blue patterned shirt for the Red Carpet look.

Wei 

Oui Entertainment’s rookie K-pop group Wei rocked the red carpet look with black embellished blazers and another set of grey traditional Korean Hanbok styled ensembles. The rookie group consisting of Jang Dae-hyeon, Kim Dong-han, Yoo Yong-ha, Kim Yo-han, Kang Seok-hwa and Kim Jun-seo debuted in October 2020 with their first EP ‘Identity’ and lead single ‘Twilight’.

A.C.E

The five-member K-pop act A.C.E comprising of Jun, Donghun, Wow, Kim Byeongkwan, and Chan chose traditional style White and Golden Hanboks for the Red Carpet look. The group famous for their EDM mixed sound debuted with ‘Cactus’ in 2017. They recently collaborated with American DJ Steve Aoki in a remix of their song ‘Fav Boyz’ which was released on January 8, 2021. The K-pop group took home the global K-pop wave award. Kim Jae Hwan

Former Wanna One member Kim Jae Hwan appeared on the Red Carpet in a black suit. The K-pop soloist debuted his solo music career with 2019’s EP Another, with the title track ‘Begin Again’.

Ha Sung Woon

The K-pop singer Ha Sung Woon who recently dropped the OST ‘Fall For You’ for the popular K-drama ‘True Beauty’ had a reunion with his former K-pop group Wanna One member Kim Jae Hwan.
