Apan Music Awards 2020 made fans wait for months with multiple dates and the much-anticipated K-pop award ceremony finally took place on January 24 with a unique lineup of performers including K-pop soloist ‘True Beauty’s ‘Fall For You’ crooner Ha Sung Woon, Apan New Wave Award winner HYNN, A.C.E and more. Here are some of the most loved performances of the Apan evening.

Ha Sung Woon



 

Apan Choice Best Trend Award-winner Ha Sung Woon stole the show with two of his hit tracks ‘Without You’ and the banger ‘Forbidden World’. The K-pop singer’s magical vocals singing ‘Without You’ set the mood for the evening while his ‘Forbidden World’ showed some sharp moves with the lyrics “In this deep night/It’s our own little voyage/ We’re getting farther away/ The air is cold/ Steam coming from our mouths/ So close, I can hear the sound of your breath!” Check out both of his tracks here.



 



 

Kang Daniel

Kang Daniel (Konnect Entertainment)

Kang Daniel, the K-pop soloist who won over five Apan Awards performed his award-winning single ‘Who U Are’ from his record-breaking third EP ‘Magenta’. The title track ‘Who U Are’ won a number of accolades including SBS MTV's The Show, KBS2's Music Bank, and MBC's Show! Music Core. Wei

The new K-pop wave award winner rookie K-pop group Wei performed their hit tracks ‘Fuze’ and ‘Twilight’ along with a banger choreography. The group’s stage presence is undeniably magnetic as the fans of the group took it to Twitter to celebrate the performance of the group’s first win. Check the performance here.



 



 

A.C.E

A.C.E (Twitter)

The Global K-pop wave award winner A.C.E turned up the heat of Apan Music Awards with their two hit tracks, ‘Baby Tonight’ and ‘Goblin (Favourite Boys) oozing charisma blended with powerful vocals. Check out the snippets of their performance here.



 



 

Kim Jae Hwan



 

Apan Choice Best Vocalist Award winner Kim Jae Hwan delivered two of the most emotional songs of the night singing ‘The Time I Need’ from the album ‘Moment’ and ‘Goodbye’ where he sings “The heart-fluttering memories of love I remember them even more today so I can’t say anything After we first met, all of my days were colored with you But now I’ll try to erase everything about you…” making fans emotional. A fan wrote, “Im literally crying after GOT7's video and Kim Jae Hwan's "Goodbye".



 



 

HYNN



 

HYNN won the Apan New Wave Award along with YG Entertainment’s K-pop group Treasure and performed her hit 2020 single ‘Just Do This One Time’. The K-pop singer who debuted in 2018 after competing in ‘Superstar K 2016’ where she stood at 3rd position. Listen to her spectacular single here.
