‘Creed III’ star Jonathan Majors ARRESTED following domestic dispute, claims he's 'done nothing wrong'
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: 'Creed III' actor Jonathan Majors was arrested early on Saturday morning on suspicion of "strangulation, assault, and harassment," as per TMZ. Majors, 33, was detained when a lady reported to police that she had been attacked, but the Emmy-nominated actor maintains his innocence. Yet his representative has refuted the allegations, claiming, "He's done nothing wrong. We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up."
A female who claimed to be the victim informed police that Majors got into a fight with her and then "attacked her." It is unknown what kind of relationship they have right now. The alleged victim had noticeable wounds on her body, including a "laceration behind her ear, redness, and marks to her face," according to a source who talked with the publication. She was brought to a nearby hospital after the alleged altercation and is now in stable condition.

Why has Jonathan Majors been arrested?
Around 11 AM, police were called to the site in an area of Manhattan close to the Chelsea district. Apparently, the performer who was born in Santa Barbara is no longer in custody. TheWrap received a statement from the NYPD that said, "A preliminary investigation determined that a 33-year-old male was involved in a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old female. The victim informed police she was assaulted. Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident."
Nothing is known about Majors' personal life outside of the fact that he has a 10-year-old daughter; however, according to an interview with W magazine from 2020, it appears he is not married to the girl's mother.
The actor most recently starred in a number of blockbusters, including 'Creed III' and 'Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania' from Marvel. In 'Creed III,' he plays Damian Anderson against the film's director and co-star, 'Michael B. Jordan.' He most recently appeared in 'Ant-Man' as the Marvel villain Kang the Conqueror.
