LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: With the launch of a new fashion line, Angelina Jolie seems to be broadening her horizons. She is a famous film director, actor, and humanitarian activist. Currently, Jolie is getting ready to launch a jewelry and clothing line, which is an entirely new venture for her.
The 47-year-old actress, who is currently engaged in heated divorce proceedings with her ex-husband Brad Pitt, intends to debut a brand new collection of apparel and jewelry, per March 29 article in The Sun. According to a source, she has already applied for 'Atelier Jolie' as a global trademark.

The source stated, "Angelina has been working on this project for well over a year and she hopes the trademark will be approved so she can move forward in her new venture." The insider claimed that the new business would offer "everything from custom-made jewelry to couture clothing and tailoring," among other things. "She is a huge advocate for sustainable fashion and this is something the brand will have a major focus on," they continued. "The plan is still very much in its infancy but the wheels are in motion," the source added.
Also, it was reported that Jolie was expanding her new business beyond clothing and jewelry to include bedding as well as other home furnishings. The Sun did point out that due to the pre-existing moniker, Jolie might have trouble trademarking her new range. Omnaia Jolie Abdou, a New York-based artist, appears to already have a website for her work under the name 'Atelier Jolie.'
The introduction of her jewelry company 'Style of Jolie' more than ten years ago marked Jolie's first foray into the jewelry industry. The line's last significant release looks to have occurred in 2018. Although it's unclear what kind of fashion Atelier Jolie will concentrate on just yet, it is definitely in safe hands given that the Oscar winner has been a fashion symbol since her highly publicized red carpet outings in the 1990s.
