Angelina Jolie is 'all business' during NYC outing with daughter Zahara before she returns to Spelman
MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: Angelina Jolie makes sure to spend time with each of her six children individually. The 47-year-old Hollywood actress and her daughter, Zahara, were spotted shopping in Manhattan on Wednesday, January 11, before the 18-year-old returns to Spelman College for the following semester.
The 'Maleficent' star looked effortlessly chic wearing a long black trench coat with gray pants and black ankle boots. She carried a clutch and wore soft makeup under dark shades. Jolie held her daughter's hand, who was wearing an oversized gray jacket for the fun day out.

Zahara was wearing a blue blouse, coat, pants and Converse. Her hair was styled in long dreadlocks and she carried a black purse with her phone in her hand.
"Zahara was so happy that Angie was able to spend some time at her school," a source told Hollywood Life, adding, "It’s not the first time Angie was there, but the last time was at the very start of the academic year before Zahara could really get a feel for her surroundings." The insider continued, "It was a total surprise for all the students and everybody wanted to speak with them and get photos," adding how the 18-year-old just "loves that everybody loved her mom."
In July 2022, Jolie announced that Zahara was joining Spelman, the prestigious women's liberal arts college. In an Instagram post, Zahara could be seen with her fellow Spelman sisters. Congratulating her daughter on the accomplishment, the actress captioned the image, "Zahara with her Spelman sisters! Congratulations to all new students starting this year. A very special place and an honor to have a family member as a new Spelman girl."
Jolie shares six children with her ex-husband Brad Pitt, 58: Maddox, 21, Pax, 18, Zahara, Shiloh, 16, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 14. Zahara is the third eldest. She was adopted by Jolie from Ethiopia in 2005. She has always been a big source of support to her mother and has made several media appearances with her. She was seen donning her mother's hand me down from 2014 on the red carpet at the premiere of the Marvel film 'Eternals' in October 2021.
