MIAMI, FLORIDA: A judge has rejected a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by rapper 50 Cent against a plastic surgeon. Judge Robert N Scola Jr rejected Angela Kogan’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed by 50 Cent which claims the onwer of MedSpa and Perfection Plastic Surgery used a picture with the rapper to imply he visited her plastic surgery center to get a penis enlargement treatment.
Refusing to dismiss the case, the judge said, “The proverbial saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. This one in particular depicts a worldwide celebrity next to Kogan with MedSpa’s name repeated all throughout the background. The promotional value is evident,” reports Billboard. He further added the photo did more than just “thank” the 'Candy Shop' rapper, whose birth name is Curtis James Jackson III. He said, “Read in the light most favorable to Jackson, the defendants’ ‘thanks’ serves as a humblebrag. It is self-promotion.”

According to TMZ, the 47-year-old hip-hop mogul filed a lawsuit against the plastic surgeon in September. Reports suggested that the rapper agreed to take the picture because he believed Angela was a fan. But she continued to use the image to promote her products and services.
As previously reported, a trial date has been set for July 3, 2023. The rapper also shared the trial date on Instagram along with a screenshot of an article with the caption, "Yeah my d**k is a BIG DEAL set for trial in July no enhancement necessary, these fools put themselves out of business. SMH."

Born in Israel in 1989, Angela moved to Florida at the age of 16. After completing her graduation at a beauty & health institute as an electrologist, laser technician, and facial specialist, she opened her own spa and plastic surgery center in 2009, as stated by Voyagemia. To the outlet, she claimed that she is CLHRP, CCE, CME, phlebotomist, medical aesthetician, electrologist, and body contouring specialist.
