'My d**k is a big deal': 50 Cent's penis surgery trial against MedSpa owner to take place in July 2023
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA: Hip Hop mogul 50 Cent has caused a buzz over rumors of getting penis enlargement surgery. The rapper will go against MedSpa and Perfection Plastic Surgery owner Angela Kogan in court for allegedly implying that he got the said surgery on July 3, 2023.
All HipHop reported that the judge asked the 47-year-old rapper and Kogan to mandatorily "participate in mediation" till March 23, 2023. "If mediation is not conducted, the case may be stricken from the trial calendar, and other sanctions may be imposed," Judge Robert Scola informed both parties.

The judge assured both of them that all the mediation would be "confidential and privileged." The judge added, "If insurance is involved, an adjuster with authority up to the policy limits or the most recent demand, whichever is lower, must attend." In the lawsuit filed, 50 Cent claimed he was humiliated publicly after Kogen implied he visited her business for the said surgery. The MedSpa owner used a photo of her and the 'Candy Shop' rapper on social media to promote the company's products and services.
Later, Kogan was interviewed by The Shade Room and the same photo was used. Hitting back, Kogan claimed that the rapper received MedSpa's services in exchange for the photo. The rapper also uploaded a screenshot of the article with the caption, "Yeah my d**k is a BIG DEAL set for trial in July no enhancement necessary, these fools put themselves out of business. SMH."
As per All HipHop, Kogan asked for the dismissal of the lawsuit as her lawyer claimed, "A simple review of the entire matter makes it clear that Plaintiff’s issue is with the author of the TSR Article, as such individual is the one who elected to include Plaintiff’s image therein." Furthermore, the legal team claimed the lawsuit to be unnecessary as the plaintiff's name and image used was a "product of one's freedom." Her legal team further slammed 50 Cent's legal team claiming, "Plaintiff’s embarrassment as the butt of social media jokes is one thing, but to weaponize such embarrassment for the purpose of seeking equitable and/or monetary damages from Defendants borders on abuse of process."
The rapper had asked the judge to deny the "motion to dismiss" filed by the defendants. His attorney stated that the denial motion was "premised upon knowingly false information and/or misplaced blame." In response, Kogan's attorneys said, "Notwithstanding, the entire nature of this dispute is dependent on misplaced fault and/or Plaintiff’s desire to avoid embarrassment attributed to the simple fact that Plaintiff is a recipient of medspa services." Furthermore, her attorneys said that she never "stated" that 50 Cent received penile enhancement.
