Tonight's episode of 'America's Got Talent: The Champions' Season 2 featured a lot of great acts that we hope advances to the next round. But one act amongst all of them stood out and won the golden buzzer this week. That was none other than Silhouettes, who appeared on 'America's Got Talent' Season 6 and ranked second in the finale.

10 acts took to center stage this week vying for the last three spots in the semifinals. But Silhouettes need not be worried about that anymore since they won Alesha Dixon's Golden Buzzer this week after a powerful yet emotional and inspirational performance, that brought tears not only in the eyes of the judges but also fans and viewers back home.

Silhouettes was the first shadow act to appear on America's Got Talent. The original members who first appeared on the show have all grown up and moved on, and one of them eve works with Cher now.

Their act this week revolved around a family who loves their dog. The dog is played by three kids. As one of the family members gets sent to war, their act narrates how the dog waits for its owner to come back. When she finally does return, she arrives in a wheelchair, and the dog helps her stand up. This act brought all judges to tears and Simon Cowell called their act beautiful.

Alesha, who was welled up with emotions, pressed her golden buzzer for this act, saying she can't wait to see what they bring to the finale, and hopefully it is as inspirational as tonight's performance.

Taking to Twitter after their performance, fans share they were also in tears and that this was a golden buzzer well deserved. "@SILHOUETTESINT  totally deserved that #GoldenBuzzer! The story they told was so beautiful and emotional," a fan shared.

"Well done Alesha, they truly deserved the golden buzzer," a fan shared. Adding to that another said, "Well deserved golden buzzer! Fantastic performance by silhouettes."

"Silhouette, you have NO IDEA how that performance effected me as an Air Force K9 Security Forces Veteran! #AGTChampions #silhouette #USAF #Veteran #SecurityForces #USAFK9," a fan wrote.

'America's Got Talent: The Champions' Season 2 airs every Monday night only on NBC. Check your local listings for more information.
