Simon Cowell stole the golden buzzer from Howie Mandel, and fans are not happy about it affirming that the dance group didn't warrant it.

'America's Got Talent: The Champions' Season 2 continued with Episode 2 on Monday night, and we witnessed a whole new set of contestants take to the stage and give it their all hoping to make it to the semifinals. This season, the series has 100 superfans from the 50 states who will vote two contestants to the semifinals. One contestant will be saved by the judges.

Apart from that, one lucky act will advance directly to the finale via the Golden Buzzer. This week it was under Howie's control on who would get the golden buzzer, or so we thought, until Simon got excited about one particular act, and decided to steal Howie's golden buzzer.

Dance group Boogie Storm, who appeared on 'Britain's Got Talent: Season 10', gave an amazing acrobatic performance while dressed as the stormtroopers from 'Star Wars'. After their performance, Simon gave the group a standing ovation. Simon revealed this act won his golden buzzer during BGT and he urged Howie to do the same and press the buzzer for this group, but Howie and the other judges weren't as impressed as him.

Though the other judges weren't big fans of their performance, Simon thought otherwise, and went about his own decision and stole Howie's Golden Buzzer, and pressed it for the dance group which left everyone in shock. Heidi shared that she enjoyed watching Simon fangirling over them, even more than Boogie Storm's performance.

Taking to Twitter, fans also share their opinion affirming that what Simon did wasn't fair and that the dance group didn't deserve the golden buzzer. "Sorry, mediocre choreography & dancing no matter how good the costumes. Simon bullied the #AGTChampions #goldenbuzzer from Howie!," a fan wrote.

Adding to that another said, "@SimonCowell giving the Golden Buzzer to Boogie Storm was so wrong and unfair on so many levels. It was Howie’s night!!! Simon has a hissy fit and it’s ok? Whaaat??? #AGTChampions@howiemandel @terrycrews @AGT @AGTFans."

"#AGTChampions golden buzzer by Simon sucks!!! A HOAX!!! Boogie storm talent doesn’t deserved it! EPIC FAILURE!!!," fan wrote.

While another said, "Not sure what @SimonCowell see in Boogie Storm. They are fun but not better than other acts. #AGTChampions."
