'Didn’t feel like a normal scene. It felt real'

As per Independent, Heard said that the kissing scene in 'Rum Diary' with Depp "didn’t feel like a normal scene. It felt real." She further said that once the scene was done, Depp kissed her again while they were in his trailer.

"He kind of picked up the back of my robe with his boot and I kind of turned around and giggled ... He kind of playfully pushed me down on this bed, sofa. Playful and flirtatious. And he said, ‘Yum.’" When asked about it, Heard said the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor used his tongue during that particular on-set kiss. Heard stated that following the kiss, she and Johnny fell in love while they were promoting the film.

In her testimony before the court, Heard claimed that she had felt "nervous" and "intimidated" since both she and Depp were involved in other relationships. She added that while on a press tour for the movie, she and Depp again kissed. Heard was previously accused of acting and fabricating her sobs as she described the specifics of her alleged assault by Depp in court.

'Kiss that cost 60 million dollars'

Heard discussed the kissing scene with Depp from their film 'Rum Diary' during her testimony and added that Depp initiated the first kiss. The specific movie sequence that went viral during the actress' testimony was dubbed the "kiss that cost 60 million dollars" by online users. The video received an immediate response from internet users. One user wrote, "The kiss that costed 60 million dollars," while another commented, "Who would've known she'll make his life hell?"

'I loved him with all my heart'

According to MEAWW, after the publishing of a 2018 Washington Post op-ed in which Heard identified herself as a victim of domestic abuse, Depp, 59, sued the actress, 37, for defamation. The 'Dark Shadows' actor was given $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million for punitive damages on June 1 after a jury determined that the article was about him. Heard received $2 million in compensatory damages for her own countersuit.

Heard, meanwhile, stated on the 'Today Show' that she "definitely" still has feelings for her accused abuser. The 'Aquaman' actress responded to a question about if she still loves her ex-husband by saying, "I loved him with all my heart. I tried the best I could to make a deeply broken relationship work and I couldn’t. I have no bad feelings or ill will toward him at all."

Court TV broadcasted live coverage of the trial, both on TV and online. Ethan Nelson, acting head of Court TV, said at the time, "Court cases that are as high-profile as this one often create a lot of noise, and it can be difficult for viewers to break through these distractions to have a clear picture of the facts, but that's where we come in."
