Released as the lead single from the album on October 9, the song was first performed live by Rexha and Doja on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'. 'Baby, I'm Jealous' reached #58 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #60 on the Canadian Hot 100. The track's music video, directed by Hannah Lux Davis, includes cameos from social media personalities Nikita Dragun, Charli D'Amelio, and Avani Gregg. Apart from Rexha and Doja, 'Baby, I'm Jealous' has been written by Justin Tranter (Dua Lipa, Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, Kesha), Jussi Karvinen (Zara Larsson, X Ambassadors, Kelly Clarkson), Jason Gill, and Pablo Bowman (Clean Bandit, Rudimental, Robin Schulz). This will be Rexha's second studio album following 2018's 'Expectations'. She was last featured on The Chainsmokers' song 'Call You Mine in 2019 and released the promotional single 'Miracle' in 2020.

The Weeknd and Roddy Ricch are the most nominated artists with eight nominations followed by Megan Thee Stallion with five.
