The duo which consists of sisters Alyson and Amanda Michalka took to their official Twitter account to announce their new work called ‘Listen.’ The pair shared a 30-second video snippet on their wall and also requested their fans to pre-save their new single before the track arrived on the Internet.

Aly & AJ shared a very short but funky video to announce their new project. The 30-second video has been edited very sharply where we can see multiple shots of both the singers. In the video, we also get to hear the snippet of the track and it sure looks promising. Both Aly and AJ can be seen holding guitars at different locations and wearing almost identical clothes.

Aly & AJ had released their debut album ‘Into the Rush,’ in 2004 which debuted at number 36 on the US Billboard 200 charts and their last full-length album came in the form of ‘Insomniatic’ in 2007. They had also planned for a full-length album in 2014 but it, unfortunately, got leaked on the Internet. After changing their name to 78violet in 2009, Aly & AJ then decided to return to their original names in 2015. Since then, the duo has released EPs namely ‘Ten Years’ and ‘Sanctuary.’ They are also expected to release a new album in 2021.

How’s the buzz?

The loyal fans of the pair rushed to Twitter to share their excitement for their new project. Speaking on the same lines, one fan shared, “All you Potential Breakup Song explicit bi**hes better do what the title says and LISTEN!!!” Another posted, “Already saved bb!!!!!
