Alex Rodriguez, the former baseball player, was laughed at after his ex-fiance Jennifer Lopez announced the confirmation that she is now engaged to Ben Affleck. On Sunday, April 10, the ESPN 2 sports broadcaster Michael Kay trolled Rodriguez as he joined to oversee 'Sunday Night Baseball'.

The two were initially discussing the Yankees vs. Red Sox game when broadcaster Michael Kay joked, "It's a great time in sports. You have a new Masters champion, NBA playoffs are about to start, baseball is in full swing, people getting engaged. I mean, it's a happy time in the world."

The 46-year-old then maintained silence for a few seconds before he changed the topic of the conversation back to the game.

Lopez confirmed that she is engaged to Affleck for the second time on April 8, Friday. She shared a tiny clip via her fan newsletter. In the adorable clip, the 'The Boy Next Door' star could be seen staring lovingly and tearfully at an eye-catching green-hued diamond ring. In a joint statement, the then couple said, "Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have is to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support."
