Blackpink drop concept teaser videos for Lisa and Rosé to promote 'Album', fans call it a 'cultural reset'

After releasing posters of members Jennie Kim, Jisoo, Lisa and Rosé, Blackpink now dropped two teaser videos to promote their upcoming album

South Korean K-pop girl group Blackpink are gearing up for the release of their debut studio LP, 'The Album'. The YG Entertainment managed girl group have already been teasing individual posters of each member over the past week. After releasing the posters of members Jennie Kim, Jisoo, Lisa and Rosé, the group now dropped two teaser videos to promote their upcoming album.

Excited Blackpink fans immediately started to trend the girl group's name and the arrival of the new album. One fan, talking about the teaser and heaping praises, tweeted, "Rosé concept video teaser isn’t just a teaser, it's a cultural reset. It's the best reward of 2020 already, it's a masterpiece, it's art in its purest form, it's a gift from God, food for your soul...It is everything that we need and more," while another, talking about Rosé's teaser look, wrote, "Good thing I'm on dayy off. She's so sexy. No need to drink milk, Rosé is enough."

A different fan, still praising Rosé’s look, said, "Rosé’s eyes are everything that can make you feel her feeling whether she opens or closes her eyes."

Fans were also quick to speculate what tracks will be featured in the upcoming album with one writing, "not at Blackpink having Cardi B, Selena Gomez and Lady Gaga on their first ever full album," while another excited fan rhetorically asked, "Is everyone finally on the same page and hungry for BP1?! I hope so because the album of the year and the song of the year is coming!"
