'AGT' Season 17: Wenzl McGowen's Traffic Cone Saxophone Man act advances forward, fans call it 'saxiest act'
One thing is for sure, when it comes to 'America's Got Talent', no talent is too unique or too strange. As Wenzl McGowen took to stage, he explained that he was the Traffic Cone Saxophone Man from New York. For those of you looking for more context, McGowen is a multi-instrumentalist and a member of the band Moon Hooch. He studied philosophy and music at The New School in New York City. McGowan has also authored two books, 'The Sequence of Latent Truths: Exploring Mystical Experiences Without Dogma' and 'The End of Fear'. But, apart from this, McGowen was all set to show off his talent with the saxophone.
There have certainly been some interesting musical acts so far, like Merrisa Beddows, Wyn Starks and Mia Morris, all of whom had something unconventional to offer. Now, the question is, would McGowen join their ranks?

As McGowen began to play, the judges were all sorts of apprehensive, so it came as no surprise that Simon Cowell was the first one to hit the buzzer. But Hiedi Klum found it rather cool and so did Sofia Vergara. Both of whom gave him the two yeses that he needed to advance ahead. For fans too, the act was pure satire and they were curious to see what might McGowen bring to the stage during the next round. "The greatest always comes from NY!! #AGT" joked a fan. "I’m sorry, but this was the saxiest act I’ve ever seen on this show. I’ll show myself out. #AGT" added a fan.
