'LHHMIA': Blondy slammed for probing Shelah Marie on motherhood after her miscarriage

Rapper Ace Hood and his wife Shelah Marie might be new additions to 'Love & Hip Hop: Miami', but the couple aren't holding back from giving the world a peek into their private life- both the good and the ugly bits. While Ace and Shelah seem to be in a healthy and happy relationship, sadly the same can't be said for the couple's relationship with his mother- Blondy.

The premiere episode of 'LHHMIA' Season 4 featured Ace meeting his mother Blondy to hash out their differences. The former 'We the Best' member sat down with Blondy and tried explaining to her that he wasn't being vindictive or abandoning her when he stopped financially supporting her a few years ago. Ace explained to her that ever since he decided to become an independent artist his finances have been pretty tight. Since he also got married to Shelah just around that time, he felt that he needed to support his family first, so that was the reason he stopped giving money to her. Blondy continued to have her reservations about her son's explanation but agreed with him that it was time to move on from the past and focus on rebuilding their relationship. Since things seemed to be going so well. Ace felt comfortable enough to share with his mother that Shelah had a miscarriage recently and that they were going through a very difficult time.

Ace confiding in his mother about Shelah's miscarriage made things messier. The rapper decided to throw a Mother's Day party to celebrate his mother and thank her for everything. At the party, Shelah too tried her best to smoothen things out with Blondy. Shelah assured her that she wasn't trying to replace her in Ace's life or taking him away from her. Blondy was clearly not willing to let Shelah and Ace off the hook so easily.

So, alter after Ace toasted to Blondy for being the strongest woman he knows, she slyly turned towards Shelah and asked her about her feelings on being a mother and motherhood. Fans were beyond furious after watching Blondy going after a woman who just recently had a miscarriage and was still grieving her loss. A fan tweeted, "Why would Blondy ask Shelah that knowing she just miscarried? #LHHMIA." "I feel for Shelah at this Mother’s Day event….. she just lost her baby…. And then there’s the disrespect from Ace’s mom #LHHMIA," wrote a fan. Another fan added, "That was very rude of Blondy to say that to ace hood wife ! You know this girl just went thru a miscarriage she did that sh*t on purpose #lhhmia."

Many fans also applauded Shelah for handling the awkward situation in a very mature manner and not giving any reaction to Blondy's disrespect. A fan shared, "Nooooooooo the hell Blondy didn’t. Chillleeeeee Shelah is a TOLERANT woman because I would have IMMEDIATELY flipped all that sh*t over and walked away. Brunch canceled. #LHHMIA." "Mama Blondy was WRONG AF for that sh*t! Yo son JUST TOLD YOU that they experienced a miscarriage & you say that sh*t ! I would’ve flipped the damn table #lhhmia," seconded a fan. Another fan commented, "Blondy is really pushing it!! She knew that the subject was a sensitive topic for her & it was still fresh. So why would she think it was okay to ask her that at the table? If she comes at Blondy it’s because she pushed her beyond her limits #lhhmia."
