In a harrowing post on social media, Teddy Williams, Harry's great-uncle, confirmed his nephew's death, writing, "This lovely young guy is my nephew Harry. He would have been just 14 on January 12, 2023. "On Wednesday he was knocked down on the East Lancs Road and the life support machine has now been turned off and Harry has gained his wings. My whole family are naturally absolutely devastated. Harry is my sister's grandson. He further added, "I do not know how we go on from here but we have to be strong and our lives must go on. Harry will be forever young."
