iHeartRadio Music Festival: BTS takes the stage, fans say K-pop group 'dominated' with perfect performances
The 2020 iHeartRadio Music Festival, the 10th anniversary of the show, took place on September 18 and 19. It's repeat telecast, which is going on right now and can be viewed online on The CW website or on the network's app, feature some of the biggest names in the music industry such as Coldplay, Miley Cyrus, Keith Urban, Usher, Alicia Keys and Bon Jovi among others.
While all aforementioned artists are Americans and/or British, there's one non-Western act that everyone's excited about: the South Korean K-pop superstars BTS. Taking to Twitter, BTS reminded its fans that they can watch their iHeartRadio Music Festival performance in full saying, "Miss our performance at the 2020 @iHeartRadio Music Festival? No worries! You can see it again on Sunday night, as part of a 2-night TV special this Sunday(9/27) and Monday(9/28) on @TheCW at 8/7c! Where will you be watching from? #BTS_Dynamite #iHeartOnCW."

Fans of BTS, better known as the BTS army, flooded Twitter with reactions and memes as soon as the band's performance was on. One fan, talking about Jimin and how good he was during the show, tweeted, "BTS Jimin drew an explosive reaction from media & fans from across the world with his unrivaled visuals & perfect performance as the 'God of the Stage' during iHeartRadio Music Festival. He dominated the stage with a variety of different charms." Another, talking about watching the performance, said, "My cousin just texted me asking if I’m watching BTS on iheartradio right now. So cute."

Another fan, impatiently waiting for the BTS performance, said, "I'm watching from TV5 and Thomas Rhett is performing right now after Bon Jovi...is BTS done performing already? Because I'm really watching this waiting for them." While another BTS Army member, pleasantly surprised to find the boy band performing on The CW, said, "Oh wow I just changed my channel to The CW and BTS is on with their iHeartRadio performance. Nice!"
