2020 Billboard Music Awards: Doja Cat slays with 'Juicy' in medley, excited fans say 'truly organic come up'

The artiste donned a monochrome, pumpkin spice-toned look that included a brand-new burnt orange hair color and warm peachy-nude makeup to match as she performed

With stellar performances, a beautiful set and numerous chances for fans to groove on the beats of their favorite singers, Billboard Music Awards 2020 is back. The award ceremony, which was scheduled to take place in April, got delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and is now taking place on Wednesday, October 14, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Doja Cat gave a stellar show at the event and stole everybody's heart with her amazing looks and performance.

Kelly Clarkson is hosting the highly anticipated show for the third time in a row. “I’m thrilled to be back with my Billboard family,” she said in a statement back in February when she was tapped for the gig. “I love being part of an event that celebrates our greatest artists and entertains our fans. This a night of music that you won’t want to miss!”

Doja Cat, whose real name is Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, donned a monochrome, pumpkin spice-toned look that included a brand-new burnt orange hair color and warm peachy-nude makeup to match as she performed her song 'Juicy'. "I keep it juicy juicy, I eat that lunch (Yeah) She keep that booty booty, she keep that plump. That natural beauty beauty, yeah, yeah," she sang. Doja and her mask-wearing backup dancers tore up the stage with the bootylicious single. As soon as her performance started, fans started appreciating her. One Internet user wrote, "My jaw has DROPPED I have NO WORDS," and another one wrote, "if God is a woman, her name would be Doja."

More and more people started appreciating her, as one said, "Doja truly has only gotten better since her debut: the music, the looks, the visuals. Truly an organic come up. We have stanned and will continue to stan." And another one grooved and wrote, "The name on everybody's lips Is gonna be Doja The lady raking in the chips Is gonna be Doja."

One fan commented, "really can't name a new girl of any genre that has put on a performance like that in the last few years. doja: IN everyone else: OUT." Appreciating her talent and looks, another one wrote, "Doja cat is excellent, perfect amazing performer Damn she is amazing and look amazing."

While some wondered what her real name was and questioned "I called Doja Cat, Dorisha Kitty infront of my mom. Tell me why she asked me if that is Doja's real name."
