'1000-lb Sisters': Fans urge Amy to make 'healthier choices' before baby no 2

Now Amy is planning baby number 2, but it's not as easy as it may seem.

Amy and Michael went to meet Dr Proctor to see her progress so far. When Amy weighed herself, she was 275lb -- she had neither lost nor gained weight. Dr Proctor explained that Amy needed to work harder to get to her goal weight of 150lb, and to do so, she had to get below 250lb by their next appointment. However, the shock came when Amy explained that she thought she might be pregnant, as she was not taking her birth control while on vacation. Plus, she was craving odd food combinations, which was a tell-tale sign, according to her. Dr Proctor was not pleased upon hearing this possibility, as it would undoubtedly stall her weight loss even further. Fans agreed.
"I don't think Amy will get down to 150lbs because she eats crap when she's pregnant and blames it on the baby/eating for 2. Then once she has the baby, she still crap. Pretty much what she did when she was pregnant with Gage. #1000lbSisters" tweeted a fan. "Can we stop these LIES that we as women cannot lose weight, maintain our weight or workout while pregnant?! Amy getting pregnant with Gage did NOT slow down her weight loss; bad eating habits and not exercising enough did. #1000lbSisters #TLC" added another. "I don't understand how Amy can look at Gage and not wanna lose more weight & get healthier to be there for him. That should have been her top priority #1000lbSisters" stated a fan. "Amy you've lost weight but you still could make healthier choices, especially trying to have a 2nd baby #1000lbSisters" wrote a user. "I get that Amy wants more kids, but now ain't the time to be pregnant again girl. I understand Dr.Procter #1000lbsisters" wrote a fan.
