Regardless of how you feel about the Slaton sisters, one thing is for sure -- they know how to keep it funny. While Tammy struggles with her weight and Amy copes with being a mom, their banter and candid quips are something fans look forward to.

For Amy, after the birth of baby Gage, her focus has shifted towards building her own family. She expressed that she wants to be an active parent to a healthy child. She spoke to her husband Michael about how Gage needed to grow up healthy and to save him from all the bullying. On the other hand, she was considering surgery to get rid of the excess skin, as her weight had plateaued.

Amy noted that she currently weighs 250 pounds and that her ideal weight was 150 pounds. But the excess skin was something she found ugly. She said she felt sexier at 400 pounds than she did now because of the loose skin. She wanted to get the surgery to help her weight loss journey and in classic Amy fashion, joked about wanting "perky t*ts" and not "floppy gorilla t*ts". She and Michael visited surgeon Paul Zieg who informed them that it would be better to lose some more weight before considering surgery. Having seen possible projections of a before and after, Amy noted that it was a marathon not a sprint, although she got it wrong (she said it was a "sprint not a marathon", causing Dr Zieg to laugh).

Fans, however, were impressed and continued to support her. "Amy works so hard. I'm pulling for her! Count calories and exercise consistently should help her WIN at life!!! #1000lbSisters" tweeted a fan. "I'm really proud of the way Amy is trying to better herself. She wants a better life for her family. #1000lbsisters" added another. "I figured the doc would tell Amy to lose a bit more weight before skin removal. She's done well tho. No shame to be had #1000lbsisters" said a user.

And while fans were rooting for her, they couldn't help but point out that no matter the situation, Amy always found a way to make it funny -- she even noted that she didn't look like a "bast*ard hound", causing producers to laugh as she actually meant basset hound.  ""I lost my cooter" mrs. amy slaton i need the release date of you book of quotes asap #1000lbSisters" said a fan.
"I've met many men from this special breed. #1000lbSisters" joked a fan. "I just love Amy! She is so damn funny! #1000lbSisters" noted another.
