Is Zendaya pregnant? FAKE TikTok post goes viral as fans lose their calm: ‘Y’all just tripping’

A Twitter thread shared the post of a TikTok user that had posted a fake picture of Zendaya sharing an ultrasound image of a baby

Hashtag ‘#Zendayaispregnant’ quickly secured one of the top spots on the trending list on Tuesday, June 14 after a fake TikTok post claiming that the ‘Spider Man’ actress was expecting a baby surfaced on Twitter. The loyal fans of the ‘Euphoria’ star rushed to the micro-blogging site to confirm the news but soon realized it was all a hoax.
 
A Twitter thread shared the post of a TikTok user that had posted a fake picture of Zendaya sharing an ultrasound image of a baby. The fake caption on the photo read, “I love you. Halfway there” adding an emoticon of a red heart while tagging the actress’s boyfriend Tom Holland. The post soon revealed that they played a prank that did not go down well with the social media users.

Is Zendaya pregnant?

No, Zendaya is not expecting a baby as she is very much focused on her career. However, this is not the first time when the rumors of Zendaya having a baby hit the Internet. In January 2022, a morphed image of the 25-year-old star got viral after it showed the actress flaunting a baby bump at a red-carpet event. The rumors proved to be baseless and neither Zendaya nor her actor boyfriend Tom Holland addressed the fake claims.
 
Tom Holland, however, in an interview with People magazine in December 2021 did express his wish to become a father. “I like children. I can't wait to be a father – I can and will wait, but I can't! If I'm at a wedding or a party, I'm always hanging out at the kids' table”, said the actor. He continued, “My father has always been a fantastic role model for me. That's something I believe I've picked up from him. So, I'm thinking of becoming a primary school teacher or anything along those lines.”

‘Refuse to believe Zendaya is pregnant’

“If Zendaya is pregnant this is my last day on earth”, said one user as another posted, “Zendaya gonna be surprised as hell when she finds out she’s pregnant on Twitter.” Another mentioned, “Y’all saying zendaya is pregnant like I won’t just jump off my roof rn, don’t play with me”, as one posted, “I refuse to believe Zendaya is pregnant. I mean, we are on Twitter. Almost every tweet on this platform has been are either lies or just claims that has no source with a lack of info; a biased rumor. I haven't seen proof as of this tweet.”
 
The next one tweeted, “Zendaya finding out she's pregnant from twitter THIS IS WHY SHE DOESN'T TALK TO US.” Meanwhile, one shared, “It’s crazy asf that people actually think Zendaya is pregnant because of a TikTok joke.” Another user said, “Legitimately cannot tell if zendaya is actually pregnant or if everyone decided to tell lies on gods green internet”, as one concluded, “Twitter just be getting bored and spreading lies cuz ain’t no way Zendaya is pregnant y’all just tripping.”
