WWE veteran believes Logan Paul stands no chance against him: ‘It’s a different skill set’
CLEVELAND OHIO: Logan Paul won't have a chance against the multiple champion Xavier Woods in the ring, according to him. The social media superstar is one of the finest superstars who later became a wrestler in WWE history because he can put on a solid bout and perform well in the role of the villain.
He's participated in a few bouts, and each one went above and above expectations. The Maverick's biggest match was the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match between him and Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel last year.
‘It's a different skill set’
On the It's A Bit podcast, Xavier Woods praised Logan Paul for his achievements in the ring but said that he wouldn't be able to defeat him.
"Against me? No, definitely not. Against some of the other people on the roster, they put on some good shows, but they come to me...it's no offense, it's not a bad thing. It's a different skill set. They're [Logan and Jake Paul] very good. I would say that Logan has been crushing it and doing a great job. It's always awesome to see people come in who are not necessarily from wrestling and give proper respect to wrestling," said Woods.
Logan Paul vs Ricochet
After slamming into one other in midair during the Royal Rumble bout, The Maverick and the former US Champion Ricochet became internet sensations. After they slammed through the tables at ringside at Money in the Bank, they once again became a topic of conversation on social media.
Logan Paul was tasked by Ricochet to appear on the red brand the next week on RAW this week. Through Twitter, the latter accepted the challenge. The predicted collision of the two superstars at SummerSlam next month may undoubtedly be a sight.
The audience will enjoy watching two of the best, most accomplished athletes square off in the ring at Ford Field; their rivalry will probably reach a climax during SummerSlam. It would be interesting to see if WWE includes a provision in the match that might escalate their enmity.
