LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: An image of an adorable infant, Cora, who strikingly resembles actor Woody Harrelson, recently went viral on social media. The Academy Awards nominee decided to share his response to it through poetry and his fans seem touched by this gesture.

Dani Grier Mulvenna, the baby girl's mother, had pointed out the similarities between her daughter and the actor in a tweet that went viral on social media on Friday, August 5. This tweet is what Harrelson initially stumbled upon and it instantly made his heart melt. Addressing his apparent younger self, who already had undoubtedly touched his heart, the 61-year-old actor wrote an original poem of 5 lines.

In response to it, Woody posted a screenshot of the post on Instagram with the caption: "Ode to Cora-/You’re an adorable child/Flattered to be compared/You have a wonderful smile/I just wish I had your hair @danigriermulvenna."

Dani quickly responded in ecstasy to Woody's subsequent remark: "You’ve made our day [heart emoji]can’t wait to show her this when she’s older, you have another fan for life xxx."

In the comment threads, a number of Woody's well-known acquaintances and admirers expressed their admiration for his writing. 'Magic Mike' actor Alexander Pettyfer commented with a number of laughing emojis, while renowned magazine editor Jay Fielden penned: "Luck girl!"

The comments consisted of a few people playfully joking about the possibility of Woody being the father of the child. "If were the dad, i would be asking questions 😂😂," a person said. Another added, "Plot twist: you're the real father"

In the adored TV series 'Cheers', Harrelson played the part of Woody Boyd, which helped kickstart his worldwide recognition. Alongside Kevin Hart and Kaley Cuoco, he appeared in the film 'The Man from Toronto' which released this year.

Audiences will shortly be able to catch the 'Hunger Games' star in the new series 'The White House Plumbers' as E Howard Hunt, President Richard Nixon's adviser.
