Vickala 'Kay Kay' Gray, who had coupled up with Keenan Anunay since the beginning of Season 5, stunned everyone when she entered the villa alone. Keenan was recently been caught cuddling with Casa Amor bombshell Najah Fleary.

Keenen Anunay had spent romantic days with Najah Fleary during the Casa Amor twist. Meanwhile, Vickala 'Kay Kay' Gray slept outside just to stay loyal to Keenen.

Notably, the producers sent Kay Kay a video of Keenan and Najah's intimate moment but he refused to accept anything that happened between them.

However, when Kay Kay saw the video of Keenan and Najah in bed together, she called him a "phony".

Meanwhile, when Keenan was asked if he would like to couple with Najah or Kay Kay, he decided to recouple with Kay Kay.

Despite the cheating drama, Kay Kay was still in doubt about whether she should give another chance to Keenan.

Most recently, Keenan tested the waters with Najah when the villa split into two living arrangements. Though Keenan assured Kay Kay that he would 'respect' her while seeing sparks through with other women, he clearly did not follow his word.

'Love Island USA' Season 5 fans wanted Kay Kay to see the true side of Keenan and stay away from him. However, Kay Kay doesn't seem to realize it.

In the latest episode, Kay Kay ran back to talk to Keenan when he asked her to talk alone. Some viewers suggest that she definitely would forgive Keenan and go back to him.

A viewer tweeted, "I knew Kay Kay was gone go back to Keenan when she came back single smh. Should’ve coupled up with someone new." Another user added, "Kay Kay, GURL! You go back to him, you deserve everything he puts you thru."

Another viewer noted, "Just two days ago Kay Kay fell to her damn knees sobbing because of how Keenan disrespected her and she's already talking about taking him back."

Vickala 'Kay Kay' Gray originally hails from Palestine, Texas. She is a licensed practical nurse, digital creator, and reality television personality.

Kay Kay competed in the Bombshells Dallas Bikini Pageant in 2021. However, she currently resides in Arlington, Texas.

The 'Love Island USA' Season 5 islander works as a travel nurse for City Mobile Group. Besides pursuing nursing, she also worked as a bartender to pay her expenses.

Who is ‘Love Island USA’ Season 5 islander Keenan Anunay?

Keenan Anunay hails from Washington DC. He is a 23-year-old final-year student at Morehouse College.

Keenan is pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and Media Arts specializing in Journalism, Advertising, and Integrated Marketing Communications. Keenan is also a football player and dubs himself an athlete on social media.

Before getting admitted to Morehouse College, Keena studied at Fort Scott Community College.

'Love Island USA' Season 5 premiered on Peacock on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. During premiere week, new episodes were available to stream every day at 9 pm ET.
