Will Logan Paul return to WWE for Seth Rollins' World Heavyweight Championship belt?
DUCHESS CANYON, CALIFORNIA: Logan Paul will return to WWE television for the first time since WrestleMania 39 when 'WWE Raw' visits his home state, Ohio, at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Cleveland, the following week.
Paul would be making his first appearance in front of the WWE Universe since his defeat to Seth Rollins at 'The Showcase of the Immortals' on April 1. In fact, Rollins will also be there and he already informed Cathy Kelley that he would be issuing an open challenge for his recently won World Heavyweight Championship that evening.
World Heavyweight Championship open challenge
Although no other information was provided on Paul's anticipated visit, the fact that Rollins would be hosting an open challenge to defend his World Heavyweight Championship the same evening as his comeback makes for intriguing watching. Rollins' first open challenge, which he won last week against Damian Priest, will be his second since taking the newly established crown.
Paul has only participated in three singles matches since debuting with WWE. Last year, he defeated The Miz, a member of his previous tag team, at SummerSlam before falling to Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel and Seth Rollins at WrestleMania.
