WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA: 'Vanderpump Rules' stars got into more drama it seems as Lisa Vanderpump has reportedly had the liquor licenses suspended for two of her renowned chains, Tom Tom Restaurant and Bar and Pump Lounge.
'RHOBH' alum Lisa is a business tycoon known for her bars and restaurants around Hollywood. The reality star owns and operates 36 restaurants, bars, and clubs across the United States and the United Kingdom with her husband Ken Todd. However, Lisa's liquor license suspension comes ahead of the 95th Academy Awards when the restaurants have the busiest hours.

Liquor license suspended ahead of the Oscars
Lisa and her husband landed in trouble for their liquor license. According to WehoTimes, the liquor licenses for Pump Lounge, located at Santa Monica Blvd, and Tom Tom Restaurant and Bar, located down the street at Santa Monica Blvd, both had their liquor licenses suspended. The suspension reportedly came after a routine inspection by The Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) revealed several violations related to the sale and service of alcohol, including the sale of alcohol to minors. The violations occurred between July and September 2022 and the suspension went into effect on March 8, 2023, and will remain in place until the issues are resolved. However, the reports also stated that ABC can take up to six weeks for expiration date updates after fee waiver or renewal fee is submitted. According to the outlet, Lisa and Ken expressed their disappointment at the suspension. The owners of the restaurants have also emphasized their commitment to following all regulations and procedures related to the sale and service of alcohol. Meanwhile, it is expected that Lisa and Ken have already begun the procedures as they have a big night coming up with the 95th Academy Awards being presented on Sunday, March 12, 2023, in a ceremony held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. The Oscar award ceremony will result in a long list of afterparties throughout Los Angeles, Hollywood, and West Hollywood.

Lisa owns Pump Lounge with her husband and longtime restaurateur Ken. Pump Lounge was inaugurated in May 2014 in the presence of several reality TV personalities. Meanwhile, her second franchise Tom Tom Restaurant and Bar had an exclusive opening on July 2018 and a grand opening on July 2018. But this time, Lisa and Ken teamed up with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz for her second establishment. However, Los Angeles Travel Magazine dubbed Tom Tom restaurant as the "Best Bar" in Southern California. Soon after that, Sandoval and Schwartz became the part-owners of Tom Tom with Ken Todd and Vanderpump as majority stakeholders in the establishment. Lisa's establishments are located in West Hollywood.
