Kai Cenat threatens to leave Twitch 'for good'
After his most recent seven-day suspension, streaming legend Kai Cenat threatened to quit Twitch if he was given another ban. He is currently one of Twitch's most well-known streamers with 5 million followers. The broadcaster gained popularity earlier this year as a result of his 30-day subscription marathon (subathon) in February, and at the 2023 Streamer Awards, he was named Streamer of the Year.
Viewers have long believed that the streamer has been unfairly treated by Twitch despite his record-breaking subathon and his success as a content creator. This is especially after the website offered him a pair of custom sneakers rather than an exclusive deal after his widely famous subathon.

On April 30, Kai appeared to imply that if he was banned again, he would leave Twitch ‘for good’ during a combined show with other streamers BruceDropEmOff and YourRage. He said, “I feel like if I get banned one more time, I’m off the f***in’ platform for good.” However, YourRage retorted by saying that he is the "Golden Boy of Twitch right now" and "they love him."
After several failed attempts by Adin Ross to talk to Kai Cenat on Kick, they finally had this discussion. After his most recent ban, Adin called Kai to discuss his streaming options and told the popular streamer, "You're worth more than that."

Additionally, he dared Twitch to ban him once more after producing a music video with the banned streamer iShowSpeed. With millions of followers across their many platforms, Kai and iShowSpeed are two of the most well-known online streamers.
After Kai began playing the new song during his April 27 live stream, viewers were concerned that he would receive another Twitch ban. Because Twitch prohibits users who have been suspended from the service from using their platform to stream on another channel, Kai might be in violation of this rule.
