Heather came in limelight with 'Selling Sunset.' In August 2022, the reality TV personality was reported by TMZ for suing a strip club for using her photos to promote NFL viewing parties. She along with two other women, Amber Lancaster, and Jaime Edmondson Longoria, filed a lawsuit against Platinum West and Platinum Plus Gentleme's club in South Carolina and Pennsylvania. The flyer had the picture of Heather wearing a black skirt and pink jersey with the number 69 as she held the volleyball in her hand. The flyer used the phrase, "Cheerleaders for every fan."

Heather Rae Young called out the strip club for portraying her as a 'stripper'

The 34-year-old realtor claimed that she never had any sort of communication or agreement with the Platinum strip club regarding the image they used in their flyer. According to the outlet, she stated in her lawsuit that the club tried to defame her by making it appear as if she works there as a stripper. Heather posing in the flyer wearing knee-high socks and black heels made it feel as if she was luring the customers. Heather claimed in her lawsuit that the strip club used her image for "Sunday and Monday night football events." The three women also asked for a hefty amount for using the picture without consent.

Heather recently welcomed her first baby boy with husband Tarek. To catch up with all the ongoing drama of El Moussas' personal and professional life, tune in to HGTV. 'The Flipping El Moussas' releases on March 2 at 8 pm ET/PT on HGTV.
