PACIFIC HARBOUR, FIJI: 'Love Island USA' Season 5 sent heartbeats racing as the latest episode kicked off with a stirring Heart Rate challenge.

In any case, it was the female islanders who first made the men's hearts race with their stunning looks. First up, Hannah Wright and Carmen Kocourek showed the islanders their incredible dance talents.

Carsten 'Bergie' Bergersen, however, made a comment about Destiny Zammarra's appearance as she entered the villa, which caused debate on social media.
