The 'Little Fires Everywhere' finale is here and the biggest question that this episode will address is "Who lit Elena Richardson's (Reese Witherspoon) house on fire with her inside?" We will also see how Bebe's case pans out considering the chances of her getting custody of Mai Ling is low. The money that Mia (Kerry Washington) spent on Bebe's case is something that Mia shelled out not to help her friend but to help the baby who Mia believed should be with her birth mother.

She sees herself in Bebe and understands how money can be a constraint when it comes to raising a baby. While Bebe abandoning her baby is problematic as a parent and can be construed as a reason to not give her custody of the baby, Mia understands why Bebe had to give up on her baby then. It was a matter of survival for Bebe and her baby and without money to feed Mai Ling, Bebe had no way to bring her child up.

However, when she regretted her actions and tried to find her baby again, her status as an illegal immigrant hindered her steps, which resulted in Linda and Mark beginning adoption procedures.

Coming back to the fire at Elena's residence, the first episode began with Trip (Jordan Elsass), Moody (Gavin Lewis) and Lexie (Jade Pettyjohn) discussing the fire and they mentioned how every time something happened the blame would somehow be pinned on Izzy and this time too, Izzy (Megan Stott) might become the culprit. After having seen how terribly she has been treated by her family -- Elena goes to the extent of cutting Izzy out of their family Christmas portrait -- it wouldn't be surprising if Izzy did light the fire but at multiple places? Sure, she had once lit her own hair on fire, but that doesn't mean anything.

Also, we noticed in the first episode that Izzy is missing. Does this mean that Izzy walks out on her family? If so, what would really push Izzy to the extent of doing something so extreme? She has already heard from Elena about how it is hard for her to be Izzy's mother, she has been bullied about being lesbian. Her girlfriend also betrayed her when she freaked out about being locked in the closet for a minute while all of them played spin-the-bottle. The two were found kissing inside the closet by their friends. Izzy decided to get out of that closet literally and figuratively while her girlfriend stayed in figuratively and feigned ignorance. Izzy has seen some hard days and pushing her to walk out of the family would mean that Elena has finally crossed a line that she shouldn't have. Will they find Izzy in the finale and will Elena have any semblance of redemption or will her character stay a horrid mother who has no clue about her children's hopes and dream?

Then, there is also the question of how Mia and her daughter Pearl's relationship will pan out. Will it see a drift form after what Elena did or will Mia and Pearl manage to make up as they usually do? There is also the matter of Pearl and Trip's relationship being discovered by Moody. He is definitely resentful of his brother but how this is going to be expressed is something that we have to see.
