Who is Victoria Vanna? Model says Kylie Jenner bullied her 'Mean Girls'-style on Tyga's 'Ice Cream Man' set
A model has come out to accuse Kylie Jenner of bullying. The accuser, Victoria Vanna, has alleged in a TikTok video that the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star made her feel uncomfortable in 2015 on the set of her ex-boyfriend Tyga's music video for the song ‘Ice Cream Man’.
Vanna said that Jenner, her former friend Jordyn Woods and her current BFF Stassie Karanikolaou created a scene like ‘Mean Girls’ on the set. “As soon as I walk out, she's looking at me up and down, whispering and pointing and making fun of how I was dancing,” the model stated, who also mentioned that the beauty mogul made harsh comments about “bouncing her booty”. She explained, “They were all just making fun of me, clearly. I'm literally full-on crying, and I decide that I'm gonna go outside.”

Vanna continued in the video, “So I go outside, and Kylie and all of her friends came outside, too. And they went to her Rolls-Royce. I remember it was a white Rolls-Royce in the parking lot. It was almost like they were following me. And they were all in there eating McDonald's. And then I was walking by, and I could just hear them. Like, inside, they were literally pointing and laughing at me. And then I walk outside, and they're literally still talking abut me.”
The model also claimed that to cheer her up, Tyga's entourage told her “she [Jenner] was a b***h to everyone.” “Everybody told me not to worry because she was a b***h to everyone when she was in places... and even Tyga's friends told me she just was intimidated,” Vanna added. But Vanna also made clear that she had no bad intentions for Jenner, who was only 18 at the time, now. She added, “In no way am I mad or saying this is who she still is, but this is just what happened to me. Just don't bully people.”
Meanwhile, Jenner, who dated Tyga on and off until 2017, has denied the accusations on Thursday, May 27, as she wrote in an Instagram comment that stated, “.. this never happened.” After the breakup in 2017, Tyga told Power 105.1 ‘The Breakfast Club’: “When you're with anybody that first year, it's magic and then after that you start realizing a bunch of s**t. I think the main thing was a lot of people — a lot of outside influences. She's younger than me and she's dealing with perception. I'm older so I can deal with perception. But for her, growing up how she grew up, image and perception was everything.”
Earlier in March, Jenner found herself embroiled in another controversy when she was condemned for reportedly setting up a GoFundMe for make-up artist Samuel Rauda. However, it was then revealed that she didn't set it up after all, she just shared a link. In an Instagram story, the 23-year-old had written, “May God watch over you and protect you @makeupbysamuel everyone take a moment to say a prayer for Sam who got into an accident this past weekend. And swipe up to visit his families go fund me.”
However, people were mad at her as a person tweeted, “I don’t know what’s worse, Kylie Jenner sharing the go fund me, or her makeup artist not having enough funds themselves — like, she a billionaire and wears makeup on the daily, they better be getting paid top dollar.” Another added, “Kylie Jenner apparently makes $450k A DAY but is asking strangers to donate 60k to pay her friends medical bills.. in a pandemic, when most people can barely afford to pay their own bills? wow, very character telling. this is the person people stan..”
