Kendricks, a first lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve is also the winner of gold in the World Championships in Doha. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Kendrick's personal life has received significant attention as the athlete has been married to Leanne Kendricks since December 29, 2017, and the couple has one child, a baby boy, who is approximately 2-3 years old.
