TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA: The entertainment industry takes yet another shock as actor Ronan Vibert died at the age of 58 following a short illness. The actor was known as PL Travers’ publisher Diarmuid Russell in 'Saving Mr Banks' and Giovanni Sforza on Showtime’s 'The Borgias' had worked with several A-listers, one of them being Tom Hanks. The news was broken by his manager Sharon Vitro.
Vitro told The Hollywood Reporter that the 58-year-old actor died at a Florida hospital after a brief illness but did not share the nature of the same and kept most of the details hidden. Vibert had recurring roles in television shows like 'Carnival Row', 'Penny Dreadful', 'Rome', and 'Waking the Dead'. He lived quite the career with movies like 'The Snowman' with Michael Fassbender, 'Saving Mr Banks' with Tom Hanks and Emma Thompson, 'Dracula Untold' with Luke Evans, 'Shadow of the Vampire' with John Malkovich and Willem Dafoe, 'The Cat’s Meow' directed by Peter Bogdanovich, 'Tomb Raider 2' with Angelina Jolie, 'Tristan and Isolde' with James Franco, and the Oscar-winning 'The Pianist'.

Vibert was born in Cambridge and grew up in South Wales, but moved to Florida, the US. He made his acting debut in the 1989 show, 'Traffik'. A private family service will be held soon for the late actor before a celebration of life in London. He is survived by his wife Jess Vibert. According to her Facebook, she studied Political science at UCLA and has not been active on any social media sites. Not much is known about her wife. Many people came forward to pay their tributes to Ronan Vibert.

Loved working with him." One fan remembered him and tweeted, "I remember his keen portrayal of Lepidus in the HBO series "Rome." May he rest in peace."
