MILLEDGEVILLE, GEORGIA: Michael Cardwell was known for his appearance on the TLC show 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo'. He was on March 12, 1992 and hails from Rockford, Alabama.

Michael got engaged with Anna 'Chickadee' Cardwell in December 2013 and the ex-couple tied the knot in May 2014. He became a stepfather to Anna’s daughter from a previous relationship, Kaitlyn Elizabeth, who was born in 2012.

Additionally, Anna and Michael welcomed a second daughter, Kylee Madison, in 2015. They separated in 2017, with Anna announcing the news on social media.

However, Michael recently sued Anna's mother Mama June Shannon over the custody of his stepdaughter Kaitlyn. The lawsuit comes after Anna tragically died due to stage 4 adrenal cancer.

Michael currently has full custody of his daughter Kylee. Meanwhile, he claimed in the court documents obtained by The US Sun that he has "fully and completely undertaken a permanent, unequivocal, committed, and responsible parental role" in Kaitlyn's life.

He further claimed in the court documents that he has "engaged in consistent caretaking of the child and established a bonded and dependent relationship with the child." He noted in the document that Anna encouraged his bond with Kaitlyn despite not being his biological father.

According to the documents, Michael had a regular visitation schedule with his daughter Kylee also included time with Kaitlyn after his divorce from Anna. He has been a 'consistent part' of Kaitlyn's life since 'she was eight months old'.

Notably, Michael also alleged that he has, and still is, paying for Kaitlyn's schooling. June is yet to respond to the lawsuit.

Michael Cardwell calls out Mama June over her relationship with Anna

Michael Cardwell reportedly called out Mama June and her turbulent relationship with his later daughter Anna Cardwell.

In the court documents, Michael said, "Anna has been raised by her maternal grandmother in Griffin, Georgia since she was approximately eight years old and only returned to the home of June Shannon when she was 17."

He added, "Anna has had a very sordid relationship with her mother throughout her life and went various periods of time without speaking to her." Michael further claimed, "Likewise, June's presence in the minor child's life has been inconsistent."

Who is Anna Cardwell's daughter Kaitlyn's biological father Caleb Clark?

Caleb Clark was allegedly Kaitlyn Elizabeth's biological father. He hails from Griffin, Georgia and dated 18-year-old Anna 'Chickadee' Cardwell for two years during high school.

He was previously working towards a career in law enforcement. Caleb and Anna allegedly welcomed their first child together on July 26.

At the time Anna declined to name the father, saying only that he is not involved in her life. Although Anna never allowed the DNA test, Caleb claimed that he was the father of Katlyn and also fought for custody.

Meanwhile, in the recent lawsuit, Michael revealed that he never supported Anna or Kaitlyn in any way and therefore has no legal rights to her.

Mama June accused of using her granddaughter Kaitlyn for profit

Mama June Shannon has recently encouraged her fans to check out her granddaughters Kylee and Kaitlyn's Amazon wishlist after their mother Anna Cardwell's death. The reality star recently shared a video on TikTok and noted that fans can send gifts to Anna's daughters from their Amazon wishlist.

Mama June captioned the new Instagram video, "The Amazon wish list is up if y’all would like to send something to the girls even if it is something as simple as sitting a card."

She added, "My PO Box also is in my bio - we love and appreciate each and every one of y’all that have been messaging me and messaging everyone of the family even though we’re there not responding to everyone."

However, the social media users accused the reality star of using the Amazon wishlist as a cash grab to rot in hell. A TikTok user commented, "Using your daughter's death as a cash grab is mad weird but go off I guess - don’t think anyone is surprised."

Another person added, "They don’t need tons of stuff and the stuff y’all have listed are unreal." Another critic noted, "Unbelievable just how disgusting June really is..she's made a living off pimping her daughters now she's going to do it with the grand daughters."

Another follower penned, "Use your own money. You just spent 450 on perfume. Shame on you." Another internet user wrote, "Is it messed up that I think that’s not the worst thing ever? Her kids need to eat too."
