Who is ET? Taiwan influencer earns money after accidentally live streaming her sleep, more than 10,000 watch
A social media influencer from Taiwan has gone viral for making money in a very unexpected way. The woman, who goes by the name ET on her Twitch channel, accidentally live-streamed her sleep and made NT$2,000 ($72) in just one night. As per reports, the influencer forgot that her camera was on and went to sleep just to wake up to a good amount of money.
ET is reportedly an ex-member of the Malaysian girl group AMOi-AMOi. She recently joined Twitch to stream her content and became quite popular in a short time as she remained honest about her numerous cosmetic surgeries. For her frankness, a number of people called her “real”. However, her sleeping video surpassed all her efforts on social media since nearly 11,000 people watched her after she fell asleep on Wednesday night, February 24. The woman did not find people watching her sleep awkward and instead called it “reasonable", which left many jealous as she earned money by literally doing nothing.

Not just on Twitch, ET is also famous on Instagram as she has more than 170k followers there. With regular posts, she remains in touch with her fans. Her recent Instagram post was shared two days ago, where she was seen wearing a white dress with a caption that read: “Good morning. No matter what label you are put on Only you can define yourself.” Her other post was about lipstick. In a series of pictures, she was seen wearing a beautiful black dress while holding a lipstick. However, ET is not the first person to make bucks by just sleeping. Another Twitch streamer earned $16,000 after he streamed his eight-hour sleep. The 26-year-old streamer who goes by the name 'Asian Andy' went a step further by letting his viewers wake him up. For the social media influencer’s bizarre stint, his followers even donated money to send sounds and text-to-speech messages to disturb his sleep during the live stream. Though the man did not sleep peacefully that night, he ended up making a whopping amount of money by just tossing and turning in his bed.
