Love can bloom anywhere, in fact, for the Swedish actor and filmmaker and martial artist Dolph Lundgren and his fiancée Emma Krokdal-it happened at the gym. The couple recently made a quick dash to the stores amid the pandemic and it was because they have a new addition to their little family and he is none other than their dazzling little feline son Bello. Lundgren and Krokdal stepped out to stock up on essentials at a Petco on Saturday, December 26 and stylish as they might look, at first sight, they might still grab eyeballs for their vivid age difference. A whopping 40 years to be precise!
That doesn't seem to matter for the 24-year-old personal trainer Krokdal who gushed about her 63-year-old beau Lundgren surprising her with the fluffy white Persian kitten for Christmas. Welcoming their new kitten Bello with catnip toys and treats on Christmas, the couple were seen in sync dressed to the nines. The 'Rocky' actor was seen sporting a white Puma zip-up, black joggers, and a metallic face mask, as his lady showed off her enviable curves in complimentary skin tight leggings and her gifts for the furry son.
While Krokdal debuted the new addition to their family with multiple shots of Bellow on Lundgren's lap, news of their engagement surfaced online after the couple reportedly appeared in town with rings on their fingers. Krokdal's stories significantly kept their fingers out of the camera's frame, with the focus entirely on the new man in their lives who was named Bello-Italian for 'handsome'.
Krokdal who boasts of almost 15,000 followers on Instagram has made her social media page a beautiful scrapbook flaunting her voluptuous physique and other adorable photos of herself and Lundgren displaying their love. Lundgren has done the same too, on his social media, but the shocking age gap between the continues to be the infamous focus of their relationship when it comes to the internet, with the two of them first getting linked in 2019 after they met each other at the gym. By January 2020 their romance was confirmed on the media when they made a public appearance together at a Dominican Republic film festival. The engagement followed soon after when the actor slipped a ring on the Norwegian-born trainer's finger on June 16, posting on social media about it noting "Something very special happened here in Sweden.'
The usual criticism made their way to the happy couple soon after the engagement announcement, with critics hitting the very same post addressing that Krokdal 'looks like his daughter'. Incidentally enough, Lundgren's eldest daughter Ida Sigrid Lundgren whom he shares with his first wife and jewelry designer Anette Qviberg is actually the same age as Krokdal. Social media was buzzing about how Ida also bears a striking resemblance to Lundgren's current fiancee, but the actor chose to not dish back on the haters.
Speaking about how Emma 'changed his life,' to Muscle and Health World, Lundgren has said, "I'm very lucky to have someone like Emma at this age. It changed my life." Gushing about how their training styles are 'perfect' for each other, he added: "Emma trains me with her specialty weights and I train her with boxing. We are a perfect match." With the addition off Bello, things only seem to get better.
