LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rumer Willis has officially confirmed that there is a brand new man in her life through a series of couplehood shots shared on her social media on Tuesday, November 15.
The 'Dancing with the Stars' alum flaunted her ongoing romance with musician Derek Richard Thomas on her Instagram following earlier speculations about their relationship. She captioned the images with a series of emojis along with two hearts. In one particular photo, Willis was seen landing a kiss on her new boyfriend while he wore a cheery smile. Another shot had the two leaning into each other for a sweet kiss on the lips as they posed amid a snowy forest with their dog.

Who is Derek Richard Thomas?
Derek is a musical artist and the frontman of 'Vista Kicks', an indie band that consists of band members Nolan Le Vine and Trevor Sutton. He is also the producer of 'The Hail Maries', a duo consisting of sisters Victoria and Makayla. Derek's band has released four albums and one EP, at the time of writing which includes 'Booty Shakers Ball', 'Twenty Something Nightmare', 'Chasing Waves', 'Sorry, Charlie'. Earlier this summer, the band performed at BST Hyde Park, London. According to HITC, Willis was present at the venue on the night of the performance to support her partner and his band.
It is unclear how long have the pair been together but there is a high chance that the romance kicked off in early 2022. On the other hand, Willis' new boyfriend paid her a tribute on her birthday in August. He captioned the post, saying, "Happy Birthday @rumerwillis In the short time we’ve been together you have filled my life with joy and peace. Everything is just so easy with you. The 'Sorority Row' actress first hinted at her relationship with Derek in May when she called him and 'The Hail Maries' “the most talented singers and songwriters I have heard in a very long time (maybe ever)," according to PageSix. Willis posted another image of the couple together from a recent Espirit event on Friday, November 18, saying, "Out on the town with my handsome fella." It appears that the couple often posts about each other on their social media. Thus, with the pair finally announcing their relationship, their fans can expect more loved-up pictures from the two.
