Who is Dillon Patel?
According to his bio, Dillon is a 26-year-old economics graduate, who works at a tech company in San Francisco. He is a part of the famous Patel family and moved back to his family home — the Patel Compound — during the pandemic, to live with his multi-generational family. He is described as a younger brother by all his co-stars and is also very close to Anisha Ramakrishna. Unfortunately, Dillon didn't receive a smooth welcome from the friends group, as he reportedly spread some unpleasant rumors about Vishal. It is revealed that Dillon was allegedly going around talking smack about Vishal and calling him gay. The new cast member also reportedly was spreading rumors about Vishal "sucking d**k" and spoke badly about Vishal's relationship with Richa Sadana.
The young reality star revealed on the show that he came out of the closet at the age of 19, by writing an open letter in his University's newsletter. Anisha busy looking for a perfect guy for him. According to Dillon's Instagram bio, just like Anisha he too is a founder of a clothing line called Dil Pop. His Instagram page is filled with pictures of his friends and family, alongside some fun vacation pictures.
Vishal was obviously not pleased about the rumors and confronted Dillon. Although Dillon apologized, Vishal wasn't entirely convinced about the genuineness of the apology, so he threatened to physically hurt Dillon if he ever spread rumors again. Dillon didn't like being threatened by Vishal, so he told his brother Shaan and their friends about it. Things got very ugly when Shaan confronted Vishal for threatening his brother.
Dillon's addition to 'Family Karma' Season 2 appears to be a great decision. Set in Miami, 'Family Karma' gives a sneak-peek into the lives of nine second-generation Indian-Americans who are trying to live their best lives in the US while still trying to achieve their American dream.
'Family Karma' Season 2 is all set to premiere with a supersized episode on Wednesday, June 2, at 9/8c only on Bravo.
