Samara Weaving's Grace discovers that her nightmare is not over in 'Ready or Not 2: Here I Come.' As she continues fighting for her life in the deadly game of Hide and Seek, Grace must go all out to protect her younger sister, Faith (Kathryn Newton), who also gets ensnared in the game. The official trailer for the upcoming horror-comedy film was released on December 3, 2025, with the film slated to premiere in cinemas across the United States on March 20. Ahead of the film's theatrical release, Rotten Tomatoes shared a 9-minute extended video on February 23, featuring the two sisters reconnecting as Faith tends to Grace's injuries before facing off the next wave of attacks.

As per the newly released clip, Grace's fight for survival takes a personal turn as her sister's life is at stake in the sequel film. The duo is seen trying to survive while being handcuffed to each other. After they finally manage to cut the cuffs off, they take on the masked sword-wielding antagonist. While they sustain injuries during the high-intensity scuffle, they finally eliminate him and breathe a sigh of relief. As per the official synopsis, "the wealthiest and most influential families on Earth have to kill her (Grace) in a new game - or risk losing their power and fortunes. Grace refuses to participate at first but is left with no choice when she learns that her younger sister, Faith, has also been marked for death and must protect her at all costs."

'Ready or Not 2: Here I Come' takes off moments after the events of the first film, in which she faces an all-out attack from her in-laws - the wealthy Le Domas family. After surviving the harrowing ordeal, Grace wakes up in a hospital to realize that her nightmare is not over. Shocked, she learns that she's unwittingly unlocked the next level of the deadly game to claim the High Seat of the Council that controls the world. But the stakes get higher as she has to fight off, not one, but four High Council families who also want to stake a claim to the throne. With her estranged sister, Faith, added to the fray, Grace will have to muster all the courage she can, whether she is ready or not, for another round.
