BROOKLYN, NEW YORK: It's time for the fans of 'Shadowhunters' to rejoice as the cast is reuniting for yet another exciting project. Five years after the conclusion of the supernatural television series, Katherine McNamara, Dominic Sherwood, and Matthew Daddario are coming together to feature in a film titled 'Firework'.

Katherine McNamara played the lead role of Clary Fary in 'Shadowhunters' for which she received a Teen Choice Award and a People's Choice Award.

Following the conclusion of the series, she embarked on new ventures, including joining CBS's 'The Stand,' a limited series adaptation of Stephen King's novel.

In 2022, McNamara landed the lead role in the pilot of 'Walker: Independence,' a prequel series to 'Walker.' Additionally, she appeared in 'Danger Below Deck' (also known as 'Sugar'), sharing the screen with Jasmine Sky Sarin.

McNamara's creative journey also extended to music, with the release of several songs such as 'What Do We Got to Lose' and 'Making a Monster Out of Me.' These tracks were recorded years ago when she was actively building her music portfolio.

Dominic Sherwood appeared as Jace Herondale, a charming and narcissistic playboy who falls in love with Clary in 'Shadowhunters'.

In 2020, he took on a role in the dark fantasy TV series 'Penny Dreadful: City of Angels', which unfortunately got canceled after one season. Following this, Sherwood featured in a reboot of Arnold Schwarzenegger's 1996 film 'Eraser,' titled 'Eraser: Reborn.'

In 2022, he co-hosted a 'Shadowhunters' podcast titled 'Return to the Shadows' with co-star Katherine McNamara. In this podcast, they revisited the series, inviting cast members to join discussions about the show.

On 'Shadowhunters', Alberto Rosende starred as Simon Lewis, who was Clary's childhood friend. Following the series finale, Alberto Rosende appeared as firefighter Blake Gallow in 'Chicago Fire' and 'Chicago PD', and 'Chicago Med'.

In December 2021, he announced his engagement to 'Shadowhunters' co-star Tessa Mossey.

After appearing as Alec Lightwood on 'Shadownhunters', Matthew Daddario joined the cast of 'Why Women Kill' for the show's second season.

In 2021, he reunited with Katherine McNamara in the 2021 film 'Trust'. He also appeared in movies such as 'Wild Game' and 'Into the Deep'. In 2020, he and his wife Esther Kim entered parenthood joyfully with the arrival of their daughter.

Emeraude Toubia starred as Isabelle Lightwood on 'Shadowhunters'. In 2021, she starred in a rom-com film titled 'Holiday in Santa Fe' and the Prime Video series 'With Love', where she plays the lead character, Lily Diaz.

In March 2022, Toubia announced her divorce with Prince Royce, whom she married in 2018.

“With sadness, but much love and respect for one another, we have decided to divorce,” the former couple expressed in a joint statement provided to Billboard.
