Amy Slaton and Michael Halterman's divorce update
Michael filed for dissolution of marriage with children against Amy on March 13. However, Michael sought temporary custody of his children. But the court-appointed schedule was issued between the estranged couple to ensure that both parties were able to "maximize the amount of available parenting time". However, Michael recently fought for equal time on their shared parenting schedule of their children as he recently faced off with Amy in domestic violence court.
In his defense, Michael explained his living quarters and work routine to the judge. Michael told the judge Gage and Glenn rest in his mother's room when they spend the weekends with their dad. The reality star also explained that his mother takes care of the boys if he has to leave the residence to attend to any last-minute work obligations. But Amy was seemingly concerned after finding out that Michael's mother takes care of their children. Amy shared that it may be too stressful for Michael's mother to handle at her age. However, Michael's lawyer argued that the children's living situation for the weekends is functioning well, and requested to add a few extra days to the schedule.
