Where is Ana de Armas now? Ben Affleck's ex not bothered by J-Lo romance as she celebrates birthday, enjoys vacay
A reunion of 'Bennifer' might be breaking social media and sending fans who once loved the couple into a frenzy, but it has left one individual quite unbothered and that is Ana de Armas, the Cuban-Spanish actress who used to date Ben Affleck until January of this year.
The pair first met on the set of their erotic thriller 'Deep Water', which began filming in New Orleans in November 2019. The 'Batman' actor and de Armas initially seemed to be inseparable as they spent much of the pandemic together last year. The paparazzi spotted them out and about taking daily walks with de Armas' dog and grabbing coffee. "The quarantine was unique because they had downtime and really got to know each other spending time at home," a source told Page Six at the time.

However, People magazine confirmed on January 18, via a source that Affleck and de Armas had called quits on their relationship. The reason was that “Ana doesn’t want to be Los Angeles-based and Ben obviously has to since his kids live in Los Angeles.” A few days later, a life-size cardboard cutout of de Armas was seen being thrown into the trash outside of Affleck’s house.

And now just months later Affleck was spotted reportedly rekindling his romance with ex-flame Jennifer Lopez as the two of them enjoyed some quality time during a getaway to Montana, just a little more than a month after the 'Maid In Manhattan' actress called off her own engagement with former baseball pro Alex Rodriguez. So how is de Armas taking the news of her former lover moving on? Not that bad. The actress posted a photo of her sightseeing in Spain looking happy. She also recently celebrated her 33rd birthday even posting a video of the celebrations.

On Saturday, May 8, de Armas shared a number of pictures and videos from her 33rd birthday party. The Golden Globe nominee shared a snap of her silver birthday balloons in her pool, apart from footage of herself blowing out the candles on her cake. "I'm so grateful I got to celebrate my birthday with my loved ones. Thank you for the gifts, letters, flowers, cakes, and all the love! Cheers to an incredible year ahead!" she gushed in the caption.

The actress wore a dress with green and white flowers and had her dark brown hair in a sleek updo. She was seen very excited as she celebrated the occasion surrounded by friends and family. An unidentified man held onto her cake as her loved ones cheered and sang to her.
'Breakup' bangs
Back in January, a day before there was a public announcement of her split with Affleck, a fan account devoted to the actress posted screenshots of her in a YouTube Live stream. She wore a white V-neck T-Shirt with a delicate gold necklace and a matching watch and sported a fringed hair what followers were quick to call the “breakup bangs.”

Spotted with a 'mystery' man
There might be another reason de Armas is not bothered with her ex potentially dating Lopez. It is because just months after her own breakup with Affleck, she was photographed enjoying a coffee with a handsome mystery man in Los Angeles. She enjoyed the company of a buff mystery man in Hollywood Hills, who also walked his pooch, which appeared to be a sheepdog mix.
