LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: There’s no doubt that ‘The Walking Dead’ has been one of the most influential shows in the history of TV, and especially for all zombie lovers, it has been a staple favorite. Based on the comic book series of the same name by Robert Kirkman, the original series began airing in 2010 on AMC and became an instant hit. The viewership went on to increase with each season, garnering several accolades. The makers didn’t leave any stone unturned to turn the series into a franchise and came forward with several spin-offs. Now that the original series has come to an end, AMC is set to take viewers on an enthralling journey with another spinoff focusing on the characters of Maggie Rhee and Negan.

Titled ‘The Walking Dead: Dead City,’ the series follows Maggie, played by Lauren Cohan, and Negan, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, traveling into a post-apocalyptic Manhattan cut off from the mainland. Without any guesses, the crumbling city is filled with zombies and other evil entities who have made New York City their own world full of anarchy, danger, and terror.
