When does ‘The Masked Singer’ Season 7 finale air? Here's who could possibly win the trophy

Though all three performers are strong contenders for taking home the trophy, it looks like fans are leaning towards the Ringmaster to win the season

The Season 7 of our favorite celebrity guessing game aka 'The Masked Singer' was unlike anything we have ever seen before. With several shocking moments peppered throughout the season from the premiere episode featuring Firefly being whisked off the stage mid-performance on account of a medical emergency to Rudy Giuliani's infamous unmasking, there was no dearth of drama on the FOX show.

Despite all the drama, the three teams- Team Good, Team Bad, and Team Cuddly, put on a pretty good fight with hopes of being crowned the new winner and taking home the coveted trophy. The competition was split into three groups, with each group featuring members from the three teams competing amongst themselves for a spot in the finale. Team Good's Firefly, Ringmaster, and Prince emerged as the winners of their respective groups after competing in the cut-throat competition. So, if you tuned in tonight (May 10, 2022) with hopes of catching the finale, then you may have to wait a little longer.

When is 'The Masked Singer' Season 7 finale airing?

'The Masked Singer' Season 7 finale is all set to air on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 8/7c on FOX. The finale will feature Firefly, Ringmaster, and Prince, battling it out for one last time to take home the coveted trophy.

Who could win Season 7 of 'The Masked Singer'?

Though all three performers are pretty strong contenders for taking home the trophy, it looks like fans are leaning towards the Ringmaster to win the season. Ringmaster, who we believe is 'The Goldbergs' star Hayley Orrantia, serenaded both the judges and fans with her flawless vocals and showmanship, emerging as a fan-favorite pick to win the competition. Though The Firefly, who we think is Teyana Taylor, was initially the fan-favorite pick to win the season, rubbed the fans the wrong way with her diva attitude when she stormed off the stage in a bout of rage after learning that she was amongst the bottom two from her group. On the other hand, The Prince, who we guessed as Cheyenne Jackson, did impress everybody with his dance moves and velvety vocals, sadly isn't the fans' pick for the winner.

A fan tweeted, "RingMaster is absolutely incredible and she could win the whole thing. #TheMaskedSinger." "Ringmaster better win #themaskedsinger," wrote another fan. "i really want the ringmaster to win the whole thing. she’s amazing #TheMaskedSinger @MaskedSingerFOX," commented a fan. Another fan added, "#TheMaskedSinger team good feels a little overrated. We need variety people! That being said, I hope the Ringmaster wins!"

Another fan threatened, "Ringmaster is going to win….or I’m leaving the country. #TheMaskedSinger." "Let’s not act like Ringmaster isn’t going to win this whole thing #TheMaskedSinger," expressed a confident fan. "IF RINGMASTER DOESNT WIN IM RIOTING #TheMaskedSinger," declared a fan.

In case you're wondering how the winner will be decided, then we got you covered. A select group of super-fans and the panel of judges- Nicole Scherzinger, Ken Jeong, Robin Thicke, and Jenny McCarthy, will be casting their votes to pick the winner. While we are eager to see who wins the trophy, we are even more excited to finally find out the identities of the celebrities hiding underneath the costumes, and see whether our guesses were right or not.
