JERUSALEM, ISRAEL: Netflix is adding an exciting dating reality series to its Matchmaking universe. 'Jewish Matchmaking' will have a group of singles trying to find love in the modern world using traditional methods. These singles will go on multiple dates to find their soulmates.

Just like 'Indian Matchmaking', which has matchmaker Simia Taparia attempting to pair Indian singles with potential life partners, 'Jewish Matchmaking' will have matchmaker Aleeza Ben Shalom helping Jewish singles find their forever partner.

Who are the singles in 'Jewish Matchmaking' Season 1?

David Behar: David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the Miami Sephardic Club (MSC) founder. He is deeply connected to his heritage and searching for a partner who shares his values.

Pamela Rae Schuller: Pamela is a comedian, public speaker and advocate who was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome. She joined 'Jewish Matchmaking' to find a soulmate.

Dani Bergman: Dani was born in California to a South African family and currently resides in Miami. She is a social media entrepreneur. Dani also owns and operates an agency for restaurants and brands. She spends her free time indulging in travel, music, and culture.

Harmonie Krieger: Harmonie, 45, is an event planner and podcaster who resides in Los Angeles. She is looking for a lifetime partner to complement her own 'spiritual practice' and can have kids.

Ori Basly: Ori is a graphic designer and works with his mother, a top event planner in LA. He is looking for a partner who can live with his family and a blonde blue-eyed woman who speaks Hebrew.

Noah Dreyfuss: Noah grew up in traditional Orthodox in the Baltimore community. The Investment advisor became more spiritual that his parents after a few rebellious years in high school. Noah relocates to Israel and enters the yeshiva. Soon after that, Noah gets married after three months of dating but eventually parted ways.

Fay Brezel: Fay is a licensed therapist and founder of the mental health and wellness platform OKclarity. Despite a successful career, the entrepreneur has been unlucky in love. Fay is looking for a man who embodies being a frum Jew including not engaging in physical touch with potential partners before marriage.

Nakysha Osadchey: Nakysha, who resides in Kansas City, describes herself as 'a lot more religious' than her parents. She is looking for a religious partner who would share her love of motorcycles, and a desire to have family.

Stuart Chaseman: Stuart is an advertising company owner and a singer-songwriter who recently released a song about his past relationships. He doesn't consider himself to be very religious but strongly identifies with Judaism culturally.

Cindy Seni: Cindy is a content creator, writer and spokeswoman and is gradually getting over her past relationship.

Who is Aleeza Ben Shalom?

Shalom is a top matchmaker and dating coach with an amazing track record of landing singles with their soulmates. She is an author, relationship and dating coach, and Times of Israel blogger. She lives with her husband and five children in the northern Israeli town of Pardes Hanna. She has Jewish clients in both the US and Israel. Her clients rely on "shidduchim," a centuries-old matchmaking practice rooted in Orthodox Jewish tradition, to navigate the highs and lows of modern courtship. She has 12 years of matchmaking experience and has already helped bringing together 200 couples.
